Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills to manage and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, processing, analysis, and presenting insights in Excel to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collect data from various sources and validate for consistency.
• Automate reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros where applicable.
• Support business teams with data-driven insights and trend analysis.
• Generate dashboards to track KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
• Assist in month-end and quarterly reporting.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to provide reporting support.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Identify process improvements and implement automation where possible.

Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel skills: formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements), pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting.
• Experience with macros and VBA is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting using Excel.
• Prior experience in a corporate or operations environment is preferred.
