MIS Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to manage and analyze company data, generate reports, and develop customized dashboards for management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, App Scripts, and JavaScript, with the ability to automate processes and build interactive reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate business data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and customize dashboards for tracking KPIs, productivity, and performance.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes using Google App Scripts and JavaScript.
• Build customized solutions within Google Sheets (forms, scripts, triggers) to improve workflow efficiency.
• Use advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros) for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze trends, variances, and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and provide solutions.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Google App Scripts and JavaScript for automation and dashboard creation.
• Expertise in formulas, Pivot Tables, nested functions, absolute references, logical operators (AND/OR), and arrays.
• Knowledge of Index-Match functions and their advantages over VLOOKUP.
• Experience in Macros (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with a background in Mathematics (preferred).
• Ability to manage and validate large datasets accurately.
• Good communication skills to explain technical findings in simple terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
