Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong skills in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. The role requires managing daily reporting, preparing MIS dashboards, analyzing data trends, and ensuring accurate and timely reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Build dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced data models.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks to enhance efficiency.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in all reports.

Collaborate with teams to collect and validate data inputs.

Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to reporting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Ability to handle and interpret large datasets with accuracy.

Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM reporting tools will be an added advantage.
