Designation:
MIS- Assistant Manager
Key Responsibility
- Maintaining data masters, records and trackers as per the operational processes.
- Example of data masters include and not limited to - Store, Manpower, Distributor, SKU etc.
- Example of data records include and not limited to – primary, secondary and tertiary sales, stock, PJP, collection, target achievement, incentive etc.
- Example of tracker include and not limited to - manpower cost, discount claims, P&L costs etc.
- Working cross functionally with teams like accounts, warehouse, marketing, planning, projects for data operations and ensure smooth operations and project execution.
- Visualizing data as per the management needs and publishing reports.
- Creating Flag off methodology and flagging off deviations and discrepancy in execution, target achievements and project timelines by analyzing data, commitments and past trends.
- Updating and improving data collection, cleaning, recording and publishing process to ensure the scalability and replicability of data operations and processes.
- Managing and monitoring team performance and ensuring teams internal process are followed as per the SOPs and deadlines.
