Job Description

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

Assign staff members to shifts.
Assign tasks to staff members.
Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
Order materials needed for production.
Open up or close the warehouse at the start and end of the day.
Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
Resolve workplace disputes.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
Ensure production schedules are met with high quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency.
Track and report on production metrics and progress.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the production floor.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
