Job Description

MIS Executive for Commercial Department

Experience:

3 to 8 years of experience in MIS and sales coordination.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Management Information Systems (MIS) related to sales and commercial operations.
Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports that help in sales performance tracking and decision-making.
Coordinate sales activities by ensuring seamless communication and data flow between commercial teams and MIS reporting.
Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, VBA, and macros.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the MIS platform.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Support in data analysis for forecasting, budgeting, and planning sales strategies.
Liaise between IT and commercial departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Monitor sales data trends and generate reports to improve operational efficiency.
Assist in internal audits and compliance related to the sales data and MIS.

Required Skills:

Proficient and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, data tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Experience with MIS tools and reporting software.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
