� Chennai4- 8 years� experience in to RCMWork with Leadership, business, operations, HR and IT teams tounderstand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights.Gathering and cleaning data from various sources using methods that are efficient and effectiveAnalyze data for patterns and trends to identify opportunities forimprovement using statistical tools and techniques to interpret data.Provide actionable insights to reduce AR days, optimize cash flow, and minimize denial rates.Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.Streamline reporting processes, automating where possible and required.Collaborate with teams to enhance operational workflows and improve revenue cycle efficiency.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from varioussystems (EHR, billing software, practice management systems).Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid) in reporting practices.Candidate should be flexible with the shift timings
