Job Title: MIS & Accounting Executive
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Work Location (Post-Training): Kohara, Ludhiana

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS & Accounting Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support management with accurate MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial tracking, data analysis, and maintaining company records.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS (Management Information Systems):

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Analyze data and prepare dashboards for performance tracking.
• Maintain records of sales, purchases, inventory, and operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant data.

Accounting:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Assist in monthly closing, GST returns, and TDS filings.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic reporting tools.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Details:

• Must be willing to undergo initial training in Dhandari.
• Will be permanently based in Kohara after the training period.
• Looking for candidates with a stable work history and long-term commitment.
