Build and maintain Power Apps for business process automation and reporting. Support and troubleshoot SharePoint issues, provide performance tuning and optimization. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain documentation of architectures, configurations, and code. Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture. Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams integration. Solid programming knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, C#, and .NET. Experience with REST APIs, Graph API, CSOM, JSOM, and PnP PowerShell. Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath (legacy systems). Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance. Familiarity with Azure AD, Azure Functions, and Microsoft 365 services. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400, MS-700, or older SharePoint certifications). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines for SharePoint projects (e.g., Azure DevOps). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
