We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Salesforce Technical Architect for a 6-month contractual engagement in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong background in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Define architecture best practices, patterns, and integration strategies Oversee system integrations, data models, and code quality for enterprise-scale deployments
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and governance processes
Participate in code reviews and technical assessments Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on complex implementations
Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
Expertise in integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Salesforce Connect
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, Copado)
Strong knowledge of data security models, sharing rules, and performance optimization
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills Nice to Have: Experience with other Salesforce platforms like Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service
Prior work in agile delivery environments Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
