• Visit other school branches to:
• Deliver teacher training and model lessons.
• Share best practices and academic innovations.
• Ensure consistency in curriculum delivery, assessments, and classroom practices across branches.
  

5. Student Monitoring & Development

• Track academic performance and provide intervention plans for struggling learners.
• Foster a balanced focus on academics, co-curriculars, values education, and life skills.
• Promote inclusive education and support students with varied learning needs.
  

6. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between teachers, parents, and school leadership.
• Conduct orientation programs and academic review meetings for parents.
• Maintain effective documentation, reports, and CBSE compliance records.
