Job Title: Mid-Level Architect (4–5 Years Experience)Location: MumbaiAbout the Role:We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with proven technical expertise. This role requires a hands-on approach, both in the studio and on-site, ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest design and construction standards.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with project vision and client requirements.• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and technical documentation for all project stages.• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and construction process.• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve design/technical issues, and ensure quality execution.• Assist in coordinating client presentations and project meetings.• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.• 4–5 years of professional experience working on architectural projects.• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and spatial awareness.• Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and materials.• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.• Willingness to be based on-site and engage directly in project delivery.What We Offer:• Opportunity to work on diverse and challengingprojects.• A collaborative and creative work environment..Contra</strong>ct: 6 months (with possibility of extension based on project needs).If you are passionate about design and eager to contribute to impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you.
