Job Title: Mid-Level Architect (4–5 Years Ex perience) Location: Mumbai About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with proven technical expertise. This role requires a hands-on approach, both in the studio and on-site, ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest design and construction standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with project vision and client requ irements. • Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and technical documentation for all project stages. • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and construction process. • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve design/technical issues, and ensure quality execution. • Assist in coordinating client presentations and project meetings. • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation to projects. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. • 4–5 years of professional experience working on architectural projects. • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and spatial awareness. • Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and materials. • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes. • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Willingness to be based on-site and engage directly in project delivery.
