Endpoint Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain

  Microsoft Intune

  for mobile device and application management.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications, patches, and updates using

  SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

  .
• Lead and support

  Domain Migration

  activities, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth user transition.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security policies, compliance, and endpoint configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users on endpoint-related issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure stability and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Intune

  (configuration, policies, compliance, enrollment, etc.).
• Strong expertise in

  SCCM

  for application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Solid experience in

  Domain Migration

  projects, including Active Directory, user profiles, and system integration.
• Good understanding of Windows OS administration, device lifecycle management, and security compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
