Job Description

TA/SME - on M365 suite /Security M365 Suite Management Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Data Governance Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the organization. Microsoft Purview Expertise Utilize Microsoft Purview to manage and protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Design and Implementation Design and implement solutions that leverage M365 and Purview capabilities to meet business needs, including data classification, labeling, and retention policies. Collaboration Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Training and Support Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on M365 and Purview functionalities and best practices. Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 and Purview features and updates, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the organization's use of these tools. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Minimum of [X] years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on data governance and Microsoft Purview. Certifications Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Information Protection Administrator Associate, or similar.
