As a Sales + Pre-sales professional specializing in Dynamics CRM and Power Platforms, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 to successfully onboard new clients. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and create sales plans. Additionally, you will conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and create sales plans - Conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and identify potential solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its features, functionality, and best practices - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends - Create and maintain sales collateral, including sales sheets, case studies, and white papers - Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to provide technical expertise and support - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer and prospect organizations - Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM releases, updates, and features - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective communication - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Qualification Required: - 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its features, functionality, and best practices - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to understand customer business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs - Experience with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling or Challenger Sales - Strong knowledge of the CRM market, competitive landscape, and industry trends - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field - Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus In summary, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and pre-sales activities for Dynamics CRM and Power Platforms, utilizing your expertise to effectively engage with clients, develop sales strategies, and deliver compelling presentations.
