Job Summary:

Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Design and implement business solutions using

  Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven)

  ,

  Power Automate

  , and

  Power BI

  .
• Customize and configure

  Microsoft Dynamics 365

  modules (CE, F&O, or BC) to meet business needs.
• Create functional documentation including solution design, test plans, and user guides.
• Provide end-user training and support during UAT and post-deployment phases.
• Collaborate with developers, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain and enhance existing Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a

  Functional Consultant

  with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with

  Microsoft PowerApps

  and

  Power Platform

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Dataverse

  ,

  Common Data Model

  , and integration points between Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with

  Canvas Apps

  ,

  Model-Driven Apps

  , and

  Power Automate (Flow)

  .
• Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
