and Customer Insights Data
. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless marketing process integration and compliance with European regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys Data
. - Map marketing processes from
ClickDimensions
(third-party app) to Out-of-the-Box Customer Insights Journeys
. - Manage
DevOps Backlogs
and collaborate with technical teams for solution design. - Provide research and functional solution design based on business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with
GDPR
and other European region regulations. - Work on
segments
, email design
, and event management module
within Dynamics 365 Marketing. - Configure templates (HTML knowledge is a plus).
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills Experience:
- Proven experience as a
Functional Consultant
in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
. - Hands-on experience with
Customer Insights Journeys
and Customer Insights Data
. - Strong understanding of
compliance management
and GDPR regulations
. - Good knowledge of
segments
, email design
, and event management module
. - Ability to configure templates;
HTML knowledge
is an advantage. - Familiarity with
marketing automation tools
