About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide L2 technical support to global employees, with a focus on US users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Office 365 services and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, groups, and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the M365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender and ensure endpoint security compliance.
  • Support integration with enterprise applications, meeting room hardware, AV equipment, and printers.
  • Handle remote troubleshooting via TeamViewer or similar tools.
  • Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and security measures for O365.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct proactive issue prevention, and resolve alerts within SLA/SLO.
  • Perform shift handovers with thorough documentation and report analytics for continual improvement.
  • Plan and execute migrations from on-premises to Office 365.
  • Deliver training sessions, create user guides, and maintain configuration documentation.
  • Stay current with Office 365 updates and recommend adoption of new features.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 3+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year as an L2 Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
  • Skilled in Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Azure-based identity management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with automation and self-service support models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a neutral, fluent English accent.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.


Certifications (Preferred):


  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • CompTIA (Network+, Security+, Cloud+) or related IT certifications.
