Handle remote troubleshooting via TeamViewer or similar tools. Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and security measures for O365. Monitor system performance, conduct proactive issue prevention, and resolve alerts within SLA/SLO. Perform shift handovers with thorough documentation and report analytics for continual improvement. Plan and execute migrations from on-premises to Office 365. Deliver training sessions, create user guides, and maintain configuration documentation. Stay current with Office 365 updates and recommend adoption of new features. Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year as an L2 Administrator. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. Skilled in Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Azure-based identity management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of enterprise security, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with automation and self-service support models. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a neutral, fluent English accent. Experience supporting enterprise or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, or equivalent. ITIL Foundation certification. CompTIA (Network+, Security+, Cloud+) or related IT certifications.
