Job Title : Project Coordinator II
Job Summary : The Project Coordinator II will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating projects within the organization ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. With a focus on MicroFocus COBOL the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite fostering a dynamic work environment.

Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of project milestones
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Utilize MicroFocus COBOL expertise to enhance project deliverables and outcomes
Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster collaboration and innovation
Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution
Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines making adjustments as necessary
Provide technical guidance and support to team members leveraging MicroFocus COBOL skills
Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and outcomes
Support the organizations mission by delivering high-quality projects that impact society positively -Qualifications
Possess a strong background in MicroFocus COBOL with at least 5 years of experience
Demonstrate experience in IT Consulting and Analytics showcasing domain expertise
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork
Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Display analytical skills to interpret project data and drive decision-making
Have the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and onsite work effectively
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
