Job Description

Hiring Branch Manager-MFI(Micro/Group loans)

Location: Across Karnataka and Bangalore

Industry:Banking

Criteria: Min 3 to 4 years experience in handling micro loans, group loans

Must be a full time graduate

any NBFC or banking experience will do

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of branch managers across Karnataka to achieve business targets.
Oversee daily operations of branches, ensuring efficient management of assets and group sales.
Develop and implement strategies for microfinance products such as MFI (Microfinance Institution) and group insurance schemes.
Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in branch handling or branch management roles.
Strong understanding of microfinance principles, including MFI operations and group sales strategies.
Proven track record in developing successful teams and driving business growth through effective leadership.
