MICE - Sr. Sales Executive

Job Overview:

MICE National Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with corporate clients across India
• Manage MICE tours end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
• Customize travel packages based on client needs, preferences, and budget
• Ensure smooth execution of MICE events with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
• Handle post-event feedback and relationship management to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with operations and vendor teams for timely and quality service delivery
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain CRM and track leads, conversions, and client interactions

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  10 years of experience in MICE sales or corporate travel management

• Proven record of managing a portfolio worth

  ₹5 Cr+

• Strong corporate network and ability to generate new business leads
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as per client/event requirements
• Knowledge of both domestic and international MICE destinations is a plus
