MICE Sales Executive

As a highly motivated and experienced MICE-Sales professional, your role will involve driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). Your strong network in the corporate travel segment and proven success in selling MICE services at a national or international level will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets. - Generate new business leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients from corporate and institutional sectors. - Manage end-to-end MICE proposals from inquiry, pitching, costing, and presentation to final closure. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, contracting, and finance to ensure smooth event execution. - Negotiate and finalize deals with clients and vendors, ensuring profitability and compliance. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to create new MICE opportunities. - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility and expand reach. - Maintain detailed MIS and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
