Leverage insights to fine-tune strategies and enhance service offerings. Key Requirements: Proven experience of 5-6 years in sales and business development within the MICE and Events industry. Strong network within the industry, having worked with leading MICE players in Mumbai or Gurgaon. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in creating client-centric proposals and managing complex negotiations.
