Role Description:

The Assistant Manager – MICE Operations Contracting will manage venue and supplier contracts, coordinate event logistics, and ensure seamless execution of MICE events. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle contracting and negotiation with venues, suppliers, and service providers for MICE events.
• Support the preparation of event logistics, including accommodation, transportation, F&B, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events from inception to completion.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure service levels meet event requirements.
• Assist with budget tracking and cost optimization in line with event goals.
• Work closely with the event operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality control during event planning and execution.
• Prepare and review contracts, invoices, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning or execution phases.
• Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting to enhance future event planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
