Job Opportunity in MICE industry – Join Our Growing Team!We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable professionals who are eager to change the MICE sale industry. If you’re ready to grow with us, this is the right opportunity for you!Open Positions:MICE Sales (Domestic/ International )Designation: | Sr. ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve MICE sales targets and maximize revenue.Identify and secure new MICE business opportunities from domestic and international markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and corporate accounts.Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.Coordinate with the events, banquet, and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery of group functions and events.Maintain an up-to-date database of all MICE clients and opportunities using CRM tools.Conduct site inspections and pre-event planning meetings with clients.Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to stay competitive.Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management.Handle end-to-end file management for seamless operations.Oversee overall operations at all stages – pre, during, and post group execution.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Strong business acumen with knowledge of MICE industry practices.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google sheet ,PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Requirements (For Roles):Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.Relevant experience in MICE ticketing & Sale.Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and hotel sales platforms ( Opera, Delphi).Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.Location: [ Kolkata / HO]Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation: As per industry standardsIf you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a growing, dynamic team, we would like to hear from you!
