Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with different departments, and delivering excellent guest experiences. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, reservations, and F&B.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
• Monitor reservations and occupancy to optimize revenue and efficiency.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift management.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in vendor coordination, inventory control, and procurement as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report operational updates and challenges to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management (IHM preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel/ hospitality operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,951.33 per month
