Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Coordinator. The MICE Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, liaising with clients and vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth execution of events. The Coordinator will also be tasked with creating detailed itineraries, handling logistical arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the event planning and execution process.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Coordination skills, including managing logistics and vendor relationships
• Budget Management and Financial Planning skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and strong Organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Event Management software
• Relevant experience in the travel or event management industry is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field
