We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a MICE Corporate Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business from corporate clients, managing end-to-end execution of events, and acting as a key liaison between the client and internal teams (Creative, Operations, Production). This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Identify and target corporate clients for MICE-related events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
Develop and pitch customized event proposals and presentations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track conversions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients after business conversion.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure successful event delivery.
Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal teams – creative, operations, and production – to ensure alignment with client brief.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of the event – from concept to delivery.
Monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and identify improvements.
3 - 5years proven experience in MICE sales or corporate event management.
Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore or the South India market is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel for meetings and event execution (as needed).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Competitive; based on experience and industry standards.
