Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven individual joining our team as a MICE Corporate Sales Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business from corporate clients, manage end-to-end execution of events, and act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams (Creative, Operations, Production). This client-facing role necessitates strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. In the realm of Sales & Business Development, you will identify and target corporate clients for MICE-related events such as Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. Crafting and presenting customized event proposals, building a robust prospect pipeline, and tracking conversions will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, negotiating contracts, sealing deals, and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets are crucial aspects of this role. Client Servicing is another key component where you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-business conversion. Understanding client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure successful event delivery, and providing regular updates and communication throughout the project lifecycle are essential tasks. Your role in Project Coordination will involve collaborating with internal teams (creative, operations, and production) to align with the client brief. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of events, monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. Conducting post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement is also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-5 years of proven experience in MICE sales or corporate event management. A strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore or the South India market will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and knowledge of CRM tools will be beneficial. There is a requirement for willingness to travel for meetings and event execution as needed. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary for this role.
