Job Role & Responsibility: Internal audit Planning and monitoring Audit as per the apex Procedures & QMS for the different departments of the organization Analyze and evaluate audit data. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit s results. Identify weak areas related to QMS Build robust systems based on best practices being followed in the industry to improve adherence. Improvement of weak areas and re-audit for confirmation Thorough understanding & grasp of basic Quality Management Tools like PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, QFD, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA etc. Organize & Conduct training sessions on QMS Regularly compile best practices related to QMS being followed at various OEMs Competency Requirement:- Technical/Functional: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures and regulations Knowledge on automobile products/ processes Lead assessor course or Internal auditor course for ISO 9001 and IATF- 16949. Knowledge of Quality Management Tools & Statistical techniques like SPC/ MSA/ FMEA/ PPAP/ APQP. Awareness about the latest updates on best-in-class industry practices skill. Behavioral: Auditing and observation / listening skills. Communication and teamwork Analytical skills Presentation skills & IT Skills Coordination / Networking skills Others: Bachelor s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering Years of experience: Should have 8-12 yrs. Exposure of (4-wheeler / 2-Wheeler) & Automotive products Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding / press / machining casting / molding / Heat treatment/ Assy / Inspection Worked as an internal auditor / certified lead auditor for QMS Knowledge of Vehicle Regulations i.e. India (AIS / IS Standards) & Export (ECE) Implementation & audit of ISO 9001:2015
