Job Description

Field Sales; Sales Calls; Customer Acquisition & Retention; Pre-Sales; Customer Proposal Creation; Pricing Proposal; Account Activation; Post-Sales; Competition Monitoring

What will you do:

  • Lead and manage all field sales activities within the assigned district to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls with prospective and existing customers to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams during the pre-sales phase to assess client needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Create tailored customer proposals and pricing plans to present compelling value propositions and close deals efficiently.
  • Oversee and manage account activation processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide consistent post-sales support to maintain customer engagement, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and develop strategic responses.
  • Utilize strong influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills to effectively represent the brand and expand client base.

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Relevant experience in Direct sales with a total experience of 10-12 years.
  • Expected industry experience in logistics / courier at least for 4 to 5 years.
  • Team Handling experience.
