Job Description

Field Sales; Sales Calls; Customer Acquisition & Retention; Pre-Sales; Customer Proposal Creation; Pricing Proposal; Account Activation; Post-Sales; Competition Monitoring

What will you do:

Lead and manage all field sales activities within the assigned district to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct regular sales calls with prospective and existing customers to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.
Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams during the pre-sales phase to assess client needs and align solutions effectively.
Create tailored customer proposals and pricing plans to present compelling value propositions and close deals efficiently.
Oversee and manage account activation processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with company standards.
Provide consistent post-sales support to maintain customer engagement, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and develop strategic responses.
Utilize strong influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills to effectively represent the brand and expand client base.

You will be a great fit if you:

Relevant experience in Direct sales with a total experience of 10-12 years.
Expected industry experience in logistics / courier at least for 4 to 5 years.
Team Handling experience.
