Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Metrology Service Engineer. The Metrology Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, technical support, maintenance & repair of Metrology equipment on-site.

Should have a relevant experience of 2-5 years

Responsibilities

•

•Troubleshoot technical issues with metrology equipment and implement corrective actions to resolve problems efficiently. •Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide technical support and guidance on metrology-related matters.

•Develop and deliver training programs for clients' personnel on the proper use and maintenance of metrology equipment.

•Maintain accurate documentation of calibration procedures, service reports, and equipment inventory records. •Teaching others how to use the equipment.

• Performing emergency services.

•In-house/On-site demonstrations of metrology products
