Job Title: Meta / Google Ads Specialist

Reports To: Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a creative approach to ad strategy, and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting.
  • Recommend in collaboration with the content and design teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and daily spend to meet KPIs.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to internal teams or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retargeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns is a plus.
