Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Sarthana , Surat
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3–4 years
Qualification: Minimum Graduate; MBA (Marketing) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales systems and processes to ensure campaign efficiency and address early campaign closures or other uncertainties.
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports with the Accountant and Media Manager.
• Handle field and corporate sales to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and long-term collaboration.
• Conduct interstate travel for sales meetings, project development, and client interactions.
• Identify new business opportunities in the advertising and government sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (Minimum); MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Background in Advertising / Media / OOH industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
