Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meta Ads Specialist, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with Riquenza’s branding and objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing ad strategies, creating compelling ad copy and visuals, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements for maximum ROI. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and growth through effective and targeted ad campaigns.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Meta ads, campaign management, and optimization
• Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, analytics, and performance reporting
• Creative copywriting and ad design expertise tailored for social media platforms
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other marketing tools
• Ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights and improve performance
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
