Key Responsibilities - "Develop, implement, and manage high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.Conduct audience research and create detailed targeting strategies. Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns (Traffic, Conversion, Lead Gen, Retargeting, etc.). Create compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with design and content teams. Analyze and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the Meta advertising ecosystem. Recommend budget allocations based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative) to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals. Ensure compliance with Metas advertising policies."
