About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing ₹30 Lakhs+ monthly ad spends across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of delivering scalable ROI through advanced campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and manage high-budget Meta campaigns (₹30L+ monthly).
• Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor benchmarking, and campaign structuring.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and CAC while sca\ling budgets effectively.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.
• Analyze campaign data, create actionable reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the creative/design team to ensure high-converting ad assets.
• Stay updated on Meta’s latest advertising features, algorithm updates, and compliance policies.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing funnels through Meta Ads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing minimum ₹30L monthly spend on Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, LTV).
• Hands-on experience with advanced campaign setups (CBO, ABO, Dynamic Ads, Advantage+).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in D2C / E-commerce brand marketing.
• Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Shopify/WordPress integrations and pixel/event setups.
• Experience in scaling performance campaigns across multiple geographies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
