Meta Ads Specialist

PincodeKart is a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace revolutionizing retail by connecting manufacturers, retailers, and customers across India. We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-performing ad campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Business Suite campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of running successful paid social media campaigns and achieving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and sales.
• Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and ad performance analysis.
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting ad creatives and copy.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and pixel tracking.
• Expertise in campaign optimization, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
• Ability to analyze metrics, generate reports, and improve conversion rates.
• Good communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, or other paid advertising platforms (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
