Job Description

As a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) to ensure high performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise in conducting thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management will be crucial in driving high return on investment (ROI) for the campaigns. Your role will involve developing and implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates. By monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, you will be able to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. Your ability to generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients will be essential in explaining campaign results and recommending necessary improvements. Collaboration with the creative team will be vital as you work together to create engaging and optimized ad copy and visuals. Staying updated with industry trends and Google Ads best practices will enable you to implement new strategies to outperform competitors. Effective management of campaign budgets to maximize results while ensuring efficient allocation of spend will be one of your key responsibilities. Additionally, your role will require you to conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities in clients" markets. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns, preferably in a digital agency or digital marketing environment. A strong knowledge of meta ads and SEO, along with expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Google Analytics, and related tools is essential. A proven track record of delivering successful high-budget Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI, coupled with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and offer strategic recommendations, will set you up for success in this role. Experience in keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization, as well as familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly to clients are crucial for effective client interactions. While experience in healthcare marketing is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Possessing Google Ads Certifications would be a plus point for this position.,
