Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Develop end-to-end paid marketing strategies for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. Create and manage custom, lookalike, remarketing, and keyword-based audiences. Optimization & Performance Management: Optimize campaigns daily to improve CTR, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and overall ROI. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments. Scale successful campaigns while controlling costs and maintaining performance. Tracking & Analytics: Implement and maintain tracking using Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Ensure accurate attribution and monitor events, conversions, and user behavior. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans. Creatives & Collaboration: Work with designers/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Provide recommendations for landing page improvements to increase conversions. Write compelling ad copies and test multiple variations. Budget & Compliance: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets efficiently. Ensure all ads comply with Meta and Google policy guidelines. Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, tracking issues, and delivery problems. Qualifications & Skills: 1–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or PPC. Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals (optional but preferred). Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions. Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or app marketing (as per company need). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and campaign management skills.
