Mern Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members for seamless integration. Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment. Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience For Freshers (0–1 year): Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS. Basic knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Understanding of databases (preferably MongoDB). Familiarity with Git/version control. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative environment. For Experienced (2+ years): Proven hands-on experience with the MERN stack. Strong knowledge of React.js and state management (Redux/Context API). Backend development expertise in Node.js and Express.js. Experience with MongoDB schema design, queries, and aggregations. Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good to Have (Bonus Skills)Experience with Next.js or TypeScript. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Interest in building scalable and secure applications.
