MERN Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including component design, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and hooks.
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Good understanding of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with Git version control and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of deployment tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, Vercel) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
