About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the full web development life cycle and be eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Work with the design and product teams to create user-friendly web interfaces.
Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms like AWS/Heroku is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
Knowledge of UI libraries like Material-UI or Bootstrap.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
