🚀 We’re Hiring: MERN Stack Developer (3 to 8 years experience) 📍 Location: On-site, Chennai 💼 Full-time | 5-day work week | Work with US clients Role Overview We are looking for experienced MERN Stack Developers (3 to 8 years) who can contribute across the full development lifecycle — from architecture to deployment — and help us deliver world-class software solutions. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js ✅ Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA ✅ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability ✅ Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers (for senior profiles) ✅ Handle cloud deployments and CI/CD workflows Required Skills: ✔️ 3 to 8 years of hands-on MERN Stack experience ✔️ Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API) ✔️ Expertise in Node.js and Express.js backend development ✔️ Solid understanding of MongoDB — indexing, aggregation, schema design ✔️ RESTful API integration ✔️ Familiarity with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices ✔️ Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ✔️ Ability to work independently and in a team Nice to Have (Bonus): ✨ Experience with Next.js or TypeScript ✨ Exposure to GraphQL , Docker, Kubernetes ✨ Knowledge of unit testing (Jest, Mocha) ✨ Prior experience working with US-based clients Why Join Pentabay Softwares?
