Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Team Lead to drive end-to-end development while guiding a high-performing engineering team. This role combines hands-on technical contribution with leadership, architecture ownership, and quality assurance across modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Design system architecture and establish coding standards and best practices
Review code, ensure quality, security, and performance optimization
Collaborate closely with product and project teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and improvement
Oversee CI/CD processes and support DevOps initiatives

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in MERN stack development
Strong expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and design patterns
Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools is an advantage
