Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Services (North American Market)
Location: Anna salai, Mount Road, Chennai
Experience: 2–6 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the North American IT market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, client acquisition, and relationship management with clients in the USA & Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the North American region.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry events.
Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
Requirements:
2–6 years of Business Development / Sales experience in the IT services or software industry.
Proven experience in working with North American clients.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in US time zones when required.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an added advantage.
