We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on skills in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a solid understanding of modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js.
Write clean, secure, and well-documented backend services in Node.js & Express.js.
Design and manage data structures and databases in MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product).
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and MERN technologies.
Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.
Experience working with MongoDB including queries, aggregation, schema design.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.
Understanding of JWT, OAuth, or other authentication mechanisms.
Experience with API integration, microservices (optional), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP – plus point).
