MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable web applications, have a solid understanding of the complete web development lifecycle, and be eager to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance optimization.
• Work closely with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end frameworks like React.js.
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Express.js and runtime environment Node.js.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
